• Phase 1: Defining the Opportunity: We start by learning about you. We interview our client to learn about the skills, experience, personality and other attributes that a make up a great candidate for each placement.
• Phase 2: Targeting Candidates: We create a targeted list of potential candidates from many sources including our internal database, client recommendations and other ways of employing our extensive network. We also interview vendors and other relationships to seek channels not typically considered by our clients to find the very best candidates. All candidates are evaluated based on personal skills and attributes in relation to the client’s needs for the position being filled.
• Phase 3: The Interview: All candidates are personally interviewed. During the interview process, we guide our clients and candidates so they are sufficiently prepared for the most productive process possible. This process may include clarifying client culture and candidate expectations and providing other information that may be relevant.
• Phase 4: Selection: We provide support and input to assist in refining the candidate selection. This may include reference checks, salary negotiation or clarifying any final details for either client or candidate to assure each party makes the right decision.
